Where to Find Bamboo in Forza Horizon 6

The Bamboo Bash challenge in Forza Horizon 6's Autumn season of Series 2 seems simple at first glance — just find and crash into 30 bamboo stalks. But if you're anything like me, you might be wondering where exactly to look. With Japan's iconic bamboo forests scattered across the map, it's easy to zoom past them at high speeds without realizing. Fortunately, there are a few key spots that make completing this challenge a breeze.

The Best Bamboo Location in Forza Horizon 6

The most efficient spot to complete the Bamboo Bash challenge is the bamboo forest near the Arashiyama Run speed zone, located on the border between Minamino and Ito. This area is packed with hundreds of bamboo stalks lining the road, making it easy to hit your quota quickly. Nearby, you'll also find Shirakawa-Go in Minamino and Kitayama Big Daisugi in Ito — both great landmarks to help you locate the area.

This location is not only ideal for completing the challenge but also offers a great opportunity to boost your skill score with the chaotic Bamboom! Skill. The more bamboo you crash into, the higher your score can go, which is a nice bonus for players looking to level up.

Alternative Bamboo Locations

If the Arashiyama Run area isn't your preferred spot, there's another option just outside the Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 Barn Find in the south of Ohtani, close to Mei's house and Tokyo City. While there are fewer bamboo stalks here, the location is much more convenient for players who want to complete the challenge without traveling too far.

Unfortunately, there's no unique car reward for completing the Bamboo Bash challenge, unlike the Snack Attack challenge in Series 1. Instead, you'll earn a Super Wheelspin, which relies heavily on luck. If you're not feeling lucky, this reward might leave you feeling a bit underwhelmed — I’ve had my fair share of bad spins.
