At Computex 2024, Be Quiet! made a strong impression with the launch of the Pure Base 803, a new PC case designed to deliver maximum performance and unparalleled storage flexibility. The case is aimed at users who need a reliable, spacious enclosure for high-end components, with support for up to 3 x 420 mm radiators and 2 x 140 mm rear fans. This makes it an ideal choice for those building custom cooling setups or aiming for top-tier thermal efficiency.

With up to seven HDD bays, the Pure Base 803 is one of the most storage-friendly cases on the market. For users who prioritize data storage, this is a game-changer. Assuming the use of 1-2 TB HDDs, the case can easily house 10 TB of storage. If you go for larger drives, such as 4-8 TB, you could potentially reach 100 TB of storage capacity within the chassis—excluding any SSDs installed on the motherboard. While this may be more than enough for the average gamer, it's a testament to the case’s sheer size and versatility.

Pure Base 803 and Pure Base 803 LX: Two Variants for Different Needs

The Pure Base 803 comes in two variants: the standard model and the Pure Base 803 LX. The LX model features a glass front panel, LX fans, and is available in both white and black. In contrast, the standard Pure Base 803 has a non-transparent front panel and currently only comes in black. As of now, Be Quiet! hasn’t released pricing details for the Pure Base 803. However, based on the company’s previous models, such as the Silent Base 802 (around $150) and Shadow Base 800 (between $170 and $220), the Pure Base 803 is likely to fall within a similar range. The case is expected to launch early next year, and while the price remains to be seen, the sheer size and feature set suggest it will be a premium offering.
