How to Complete the Forgotten Relics Event in Arc Raiders

Arc Raiders' latest update has introduced the Forgotten Relics event, a limited-time challenge running from June 16 through July 27. While it's not the most complex content, it serves as a fun and rewarding interlude before the bigger Frozen Trail update in October. If you're looking to earn Merits and unlock exclusive rewards, here's how to get started.

Earning Merits for the Forgotten Relics Event

To complete the Forgotten Relics event, you need to accumulate Merits, which are earned through several in-game activities:

  • Earning XP during matches — The more time you spend in a match, the more XP you gain, which contributes to your Merits.
  • Looting and extracting new trinket items — There are nine new trinkets to discover, each offering Merits based on their rarity. Some of these can also be donated to the Converging Paths project, giving you double the benefit.

The best spots to find these trinkets are in Residential or Commercial areas, especially inside shelves, cupboards, drawers, and other hidden places. Locations like Grandioso Apartments, Santa Maria Houses, and the Plazas in Buried City are prime hunting grounds. Additionally, during the Bird City event, you can also search inside chimneys for unique items.

  • Train Model (common) — 10 Merits
  • Sextant (uncommon) — 15 Merits
  • Vintage Steering Wheel (uncommon) — 15 Merits
  • Equatorial Sundial (rare) — 25 Merits

  • Tellurion (epic) — 50 Merits
  • Colorful Shoes (epic) — 50 Merits
  • Colorful Shoes (legendary) — 150 Merits
  • Elephant Obelisk (legendary) — 150 Merits

While looting is a great way to earn Merits, XP remains the main source of progression in the Forgotten Relics event. Taking part in map events like Night Raids can help you rack up high scores while also looting for valuable trinkets.

Rewards for Completing the Forgotten Relics Event

Once you’ve accumulated enough Merits, you can redeem them in the Events page to unlock a variety of rewards. There are 21 rewards in total, including an exclusive outfit and 100 Raider Tokens, and you’ll need 3,150 Merits to unlock them all.
