The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum Adds Anya Taylor-Joy to Its Cast

Anya Taylor-Joy, known for her roles in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga and The Queen's Gambit, has joined the cast of The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum as an elf named Seren. Warner Bros. officially confirmed the news, stating that she will portray a new character in the upcoming prequel film. According to a press release, Seren is described as "a Sindar Elf of the Woodland Realm" and "a trusted and lethal agent of King Thranduil (Lee Pace)."

The addition of Taylor-Joy to the cast highlights the growing star power surrounding the project. She joins a mix of Middle-earth veterans and fresh faces, adding another layer of anticipation for fans of the franchise.
