Xbox Game Pass Loses 8 More Games Very Soon
Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox Game Pass will lose eight additional titles on June 30, following the removal of five games earlier in the month on June 15. This brings the total number of games leaving the service in June to 13, marking one of the largest culls of content in recent memory.
The games being removed from Xbox Game Pass on June 30 include Payday 2, Tomb Raider, and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Other titles leaving the service are Slay the Spire, Ultimate Chicken Horse, Mecha Break, Volcano Princess, and Unpacking. These games will no longer be accessible to Game Pass subscribers after the deadline.
If you're a Xbox Game Pass subscriber and want to keep any of these games, you have the option to purchase them at a discounted rate. Subscribers can enjoy up to 20% off the retail price before the titles are removed from the service.
In addition to these removals, Microsoft is adding several new titles to Xbox Game Pass in June. The new additions include Call of Duty: Vanguard (June 17), EA Sports FC 26 (June 18), and Abyssus (June 25), among others. These games will be available to Game Pass members on their respective release dates.
