In a staggering display of composure, MAUschine continued to shake hands with other competitors as if nothing had happened, even as the presenter realized the situation had turned violent.
The motive behind the assault appears to be rooted in verbal taunting. According to reports from IGN and esports observer Rod Bresluc, the confrontation likely stemmed from Spidergum shouting "papichulo"—a phrase that is reportedly MAUschine's own catchphrase—in a mocking manner after winning a match against his team.
