Enshrouded features one of the most flexible building systems in the survival genre, but sharing massive Enshrouded bases has always been a struggle. Previously, you were limited to sharing screenshots or walkthrough videos. The latest update fixes this with the brand-new adventure sharing feature.
Exploring Community-Created Enshrouded Bases
If you have crafted a mountaintop stronghold or restored an entire town, you can now upload it for others to visit. You aren't just sending out blueprints; you are sharing your entire version of the game world. Through the in-game main menu, players can browse community uploads and select creations to explore.
To help showcase these incredible Enshrouded bases, a new craftable camera has been added so you can take professional beauty shots for the browsing menu. If you spot a build you love, you can download it and move in immediately. You can even subscribe to your favorite creators to stay updated on their work.
For those of us who are terrible at building and usually end up living in featureless wooden crates, this is the moment we've been waiting for. I am more than happy to live in the beautiful creations of much more talented players. Thanks for all that hard work, suckers!
The Future of Adventure Sharing
Keep in mind that this is only the first iteration of the adventure sharing feature. Currently, you cannot progress within a shared world, so think of it as a sightseeing expedition for now.
Keen Games intends to expand this significantly. "This update is only the beginning for the adventure sharing feature," the developers said. "In upcoming updates, we will expand on the feature, giving players the tools to build content and adventures for others to explore and enjoy, including logic systems for interactive elements, puzzles, spawning enemies… and traps!"
New Features and Important Changes
The latest update brings several other mechanical improvements to the game:

- New heavy attacks
- Improved enemy awareness
A Note on Skill Resets and Server Status
There is one major thing to watch out for: your character's skill tree has been reset. You must redistribute your skill points before jumping off towers or starting any fights.
Additionally, if you are having trouble accessing the new feature, it may be due to recent server struggles. Hopefully, the connection issues will be smoothed out soon so everyone can get back to proper castle shopping.
