Microsoft has announced a massive second wave of additions for April 2026, confirming that Game Pass is adding five day-one new releases in the coming weeks. This lineup features highly anticipated titles like Double Fine's Kiln, alongside several other major debuts hitting the service very soon.

Upcoming Day-One New Releases

If you are looking for fresh content, there is plenty to look forward to. The following day-one new releases will be available to play as soon as they launch:

  • Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors: Arriving April 21 (Ultimate and PC Game Pass).
  • Kiln: Arriving April 23 (Ultimate and PC Game Pass).
  • Aphelion: Arriving April 28 (Ultimate and PC Game Pass).
  • Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era: Arriving April 30 via the Game Preview program (Ultimate and PC Game Pass).
  • Sledding Game: Arriving April 30 via the Game Preview program (Ultimate and PC Game Pass).

More Titles Joining the Library

Beyond the initial launch titles, several other games are scheduled to join the service throughout April. Some of these arrivals are exclusive to specific tiers like Game Pass Premium.

  • Little Rocket Lab: Arriving April 21 (Premium only).
  • Sopa: Tale of the Stolen Potato: Arriving April 21 (Premium only).
  • Trepang2: Arriving April 29 (Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass).
  • TerraTech Legion: Arriving April 30 (Ultimate and PC Game Pass).

Looking further ahead, Final Fantasy V is officially confirmed to arrive on May 5 for Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers.

Games Leaving Game Pass

It isn't all good news for subscribers, as nine titles are scheduled to be removed from the service on April 30. Notable departures include Citizen Sleeper, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, and Goat Simulator.
