Tifa Is Coming To Street Fighter 6’s Season 4 Roster
During Summer Game Fest 2026, Street Fighter 6 revealed its latest roster of fighters for Season 4, and Tifa, a beloved character from the Final Fantasy 7 series, is set to join the ranks. While no gameplay footage was shown during the announcement, Tifa’s design will be based on her latest look from the Final Fantasy VII Remake series, and Materia will be integrated as a gameplay mechanic. This marks a significant step in expanding the game’s roster with iconic characters from other franchises.
New Characters Joining Street Fighter 6’s Season 4
Alongside Tifa, three brand-new characters are making their debut in Season 4: Bosch, Yasmine, and Arjun. This is the first time in the series’ history that a season will feature no returning characters, signaling a fresh wave of fighters for players to master.
Bosch, who previously appeared as a rival in the game’s World Tour mode, is returning for a more prominent role this season. Yasmine will be available to players on August 3, while Arjun is expected to launch in the fall. Tifa is scheduled to arrive in early 2027, and Bosch will be released in Spring 2027. Each character brings a unique style and set of abilities, promising to diversify the gameplay experience.
