The Arc Raiders Riven Tides update introduces a brand-new location that takes Raiders to sun-drenched, sandy shores lined with shady palm trees. As the second post-launch location since the game's October 2025 launch, this map offers a distinct change in atmosphere from previous territories.
The latest trailer highlights several key landmarks within the area, including:
- The abandoned Hotel Panorama Azzante
- Dusty water slides and deserted dining spaces
- Coastal beach areas and tennis courts
- A sprawling harbor
While familiar threats like the Vaporizer, Hornet drones, and the Shredder are set to return, a new enemy has been revealed: the Arc Turbine. This cone-shaped behemoth represents a major visual departure for Embark Studios. Unlike previous small or medium-sized drones, the Turbine is much larger, forcing players to prepare defensive measures against attacks from above.
New Gameplay Mechanics and Events
The update also introduces the Beachbombing minor map condition. During these specific windows, Raiders can utilize the Dockmaster's Detector to scavenge for loot along the coast.
